I needed longer hex cap screws for a jig I was building, and these 85mm ones threaded perfectly into the tapped holes without binding. The partially threaded shaft left just enough smooth shoulder for precise clamping in my fixture.

Zinc plating looks even and hasn't chipped during assembly, and the hex socket took the driver without any slipping. For 85mm partially threaded cap screws at Class 12.9, the price for a hundred is hard to beat.

The threading on these M6-1 x 85mm screws is clean and precise, so they seat perfectly in my jig without any wobble. The zinc plating looks uniform too, which should hold up well in the shop.
