Finally found the right socket cap screws for my jig build—these M4s threaded smoothly into aluminum without any binding. The hex drive held up perfectly under repeated torquing with my driver.

I was pleasantly surprised by how cleanly these bolts thread into tight spots—the hex socket drive gives you great control without stripping. The zinc plating seems like it'll hold up well in my tooling jigs.

Exactly the right spec for my jig build — the M4 thread is clean and the 18mm length seats perfectly in my fixture plate. All 900 came uniformly plated, no burrs or duds in the lot, and the hex socket drives true without stripping.
