Threaded the entire 50mm length into a jig without binding, and the hex socket held up well to torque from a T-handle. The partial threading made alignment easier on a tight assembly fixture.

These bolts threaded in perfectly smooth on my milling jig, the hex socket drive was easy to torque down without stripping. The zinc plating also seems nice and even, no flaking so far.

The threading is clean and consistent across all 200 pieces, so they screw in smoothly without any binding. I used them for a jig I'm building and the zinc plating has held up perfectly so far. Exactly what I needed for precision assembly work.
