These pins drove into my jig holes with almost no resistance, and the hardened alloy steel surface took a beating from my hammer without a single burr. The 3/8" diameter held tight in every alignment joint I set up, zero wobble across all 100 pieces.

Used these for a furniture assembly project and the hardened alloy steel held up perfectly through multiple hammer strikes without bending. The consistent 1-5/8 inch length saved me from having to trim each piece.

I usually end up having to sand or file dowel pins to get them to fit, but these were perfectly uniform right out of the pack—saved me a ton of time on my jig setup. The hardened steel gives a nice, clean finish when pressed in.
