The zinc plating on these cap screws looks like it will hold up well in my shop environment. I used them on a heavy equipment repair and the Grade 8 steel felt solid under the wrench. This package of 300 should last me a while.

Finally got around to swapping out some worn bolts on my press jig and these Grade 8s threaded in smoothly with a socket. The zinc plating on the partially threaded shank looks clean and should resist rust better than the old black oxide ones.
