The unthreaded grip length on these made alignment in my jig much easier than with fully threaded bolts. They went in smooth with a standard 7/16" socket, and the 18/8 stainless finish looks clean against the aluminum.

I needed bolts with a real grip section for a frame assembly, and these 1/4-20 x 1-3/8" stainless ones fit perfectly in the unthreaded portion. The 18/8 material feels solid and should resist rust well outdoors.
