I was a little worried about getting a consistent press fit with cheaper pins, but these all measured dead-on and the ground finish slid into the jig without any binding. The alloy steel feels solid enough that I'm not worried about them shearing under load.

The chamfered ends made inserting these dowel pins into tight holes much easier than I expected. They’re ground and hardened perfectly, so everything aligns smoothly without any binding.

I was pleasantly surprised by the consistent, snug fit of these pins in my jig—each one seated just right without needing much force. They’re much harder than I expected for the price, which is reassuring for repeated use. These will be my go-to for precision alignment.
