Putting these in by hand was surprisingly easy thanks to the precise grind; every pin seated firmly without any binding. The chamfered ends also helped guide the parts together on the first try. Definitely getting another pack for the next job.

The chamfered ends made alignment effortless during our fixture assembly, and the ground surface pressed in cleanly without any binding. A full box of 100 means we won't be reordering anytime soon.

The grinding on these pins is spot on—every one of the hundred slid into the jig with a consistent, snug press fit. I’ve used cheaper dowels that needed convincing with a mallet, but these seated cleanly every time, and the hardened surface means they’ll hold up through repeated assembly cycles.
