Ground these pins slid into place with zero binding, the hardened surface held up perfectly during alignment. Used them on a jig setup and the chamfered ends made initial seating much easier than standard pins.

The ground and hardened surface gave these pins a really solid feel when pressing them into place. They aligned the mating parts perfectly without any wobble, and the 20mm width was exactly what I needed for the assembly.

These pins fit exactly as expected for a precise press fit, and the chamfered ends made alignment much easier during assembly. The hardened finish held up well under a lot of torque.
