The chamfered ends made insertion into my drill guide bushings much easier than with standard pins. They hold alignment perfectly after being pressed in place.

These pins fit snugly into my jig’s alignment holes with zero wiggle, and the ground finish feels noticeably smoother than standard hardware. Exactly what I needed for repeatable precision on a few fixture builds.

The chamfered ends made sliding these into the jig holes effortless, and the ground finish seated them with that satisfying, snug press fit. I checked runout on a couple and they're dead on, just what I needed for aligning the die plates.
