I needed precise alignment for a jig build and these pins fit perfectly—ground finish is exactly what I was after. The 5x45mm size worked great for my metal fixture, and all 100 were consistent with no burrs.

The chamfered ends made sliding these pins into place noticeably easier than with cheaper dowels I've used before. Each pin seated firmly with a consistent press fit, and the hardened alloy steel feels durable enough for repeated setups.

I was worried about getting a tight alignment on some jig holes, but these pins slid in with just the right amount of resistance. The consistent 5mm diameter and ground finish make them feel much more reliable than generic hardware.
