My previous standard pins always needed a bit of filing to fit, but these oversized ones slid in with a perfect press fit right out of the box. The chamfered ends made alignment much easier during assembly.

The ground finish on these dowel pins is incredibly consistent—every single one slid into place with the same press-fit feel. I used them to align two jig plates and the fit was dead-on accurate. No complaints after installing a dozen.

The chamfered edges made pressing these into tight spots so much easier than standard straight dowel pins I’ve used before. They’re hardened just right—held alignment perfectly through a tricky engine block job without any bending.
