The chamfered ends slid right into place without any burrs catching, which saved me a ton of frustration during assembly. I checked a few with calipers and the oversize tolerance held true across the entire bag, so the press fit feels solid every time.

The grind is so consistent across all hundred pins that every one seated the same way in my jig—no fighting or reaming to get a uniform fit. I've used cheaper pins that wobbled, but these hold the alignment exactly where I set them. They’re worth the extra cost for production work.

The chamfered ends made starting them into tight holes much easier than I expected. These pins fit snugly and cleanly in my alignment fixtures with no wobble at all.
