CLS-440-3 | #4-40 PEM 自鉚螺母 | 鋼 (100個/包)

I was a bit skeptical about how well these would hold in thin sheet metal, but they press in firmly and the #4-40 threads are crisp and clean. Worked perfectly for attaching a small bracket on a steel panel.

Pressed these into some fresh 0.040" sheet and they seated flush with zero deformation on the backside, which is exactly what I needed for a tight chassis build. The #4-40 threads accepted my bolts cleanly right out of the bag, and having a hundred in one pack means I won't be scrambling mid-project

The self-clinching feature made installing these #4-40 nuts into thin metal panels a breeze, and they held tight immediately. Exactly what I needed for a threaded fastening project where I couldn't access the back side.
