The cone point really bites into the metal surface for a secure hold, and the hex drive makes tightening them down in tight spots a breeze. I've got a full 500 count for future projects now.

Needed a batch of these for a critical jig adjustment on my CNC, and the cone point bites perfectly into the softer aluminum without slipping. The all steel construction takes the torque from my hex driver easily too.

Was a bit worried about stripping the hex socket under torque, but these M5s held up perfectly through a full rack rebuild. The cone points seated cleanly into the dimples on the first pass, and at 500 per box I won't be running out mid-project anytime soon.
