The cup point bit right into the shaft and held firm even under heavy torque, and the alloy steel feels properly tough. Fit the 1/2-13 threads without any binding, and having 50 in the pack means I’ve got spares for the next few jobs.

These set screws have a nice, deep hex socket that grips the Allen key securely even under heavy torque. The cup point digs into the shaft perfectly without slipping, exactly what I needed for a stubborn pulley repair.

The hex socket drive made torquing these down in a tight spot way easier than fumbling with a wrench. All fifty pieces look clean and consistent, though I wish the pack came with a couple extras for when I inevitably drop one into the machine abyss.
