Finally got around to replacing the set screws on an old indexing head and these M8 cup points bite into the shaft much better than the worn-out ones did. The hex socket drive let me get them tight with just a standard allen key, even in that cramped space.

Installed these on a milling vise and the cup point really bit into the keyway without slipping. The hex drive made tightening them in the tight spots much easier than I expected.

Installed these on a machine tool slide and the cup point bites into the shaft perfectly without slipping. The 80mm length was exactly what I needed for this adjustment.
