I needed a screw that wouldn't slip under pressure, and these 3/8-24 set screws with the hex socket drive definitely deliver—each one seated perfectly in tight spots. The zinc plating looks clean and feels solid, so I'm confident they'll hold up over time.

The knurled cup point really digs in and holds tight once the hex socket is tightened down. I needed these for a precise jig adjustment on a metal fixture, and they've worked perfectly without slipping. Very solid hardware for the price.

Installed these on a custom jig and the hex socket made it easy to get them tight in a cramped spot. The zinc plating hasn’t shown any rust so far after a few weeks in a humid shop.
