The precision-ground shoulder on these screws made installing them as bearings for a custom tensioner smooth and true. They fit perfectly into the mating part with zero slop.

Used one as a pivot axle for a small jig I built, and the precision-ground shoulder made the rotation feel buttery smooth. The 18/8 stainless finish also looks sharp and should hold up fine in my shop.

The shoulder on these is machined so precisely that my hinge pins spin without any wobble, and the hex drive seats perfectly every time. Used a few as axle stops on a fixture and the 18/8 finish hasn't shown a hint of corrosion after a week of shop use.
