Pulled these from the box and the chamfered edges made them slide right into the alignment holes with no binding. They're holding up well under the constant vibration from the production line.

Used a full box of these on a conveyor guard rebuild and they held up great under constant vibration. The steel is plenty hard for the shear loads we throw at them, and the 5/32" diameter seated cleanly in every hole. For a thousand pins at this price, they're a no-brainer.

The chamfered ends on these pins made them slide right into tight holes without any binding. I’ve been using them to secure a heavy-duty cart frame, and they hold firm under constant vibration.
