I’ve used a lot of aluminum standoffs over the years, and these are by far the most consistent—every single one threaded smoothly onto the bolts without any binding. The 1000-pack is a huge time-saver for production runs.

The threads are extremely clean and consistent across all pieces, making assembly quick. For mounting boards in tight spaces, the aluminum is light yet strong enough to hold everything securely. Definitely the best standoffs I've used for production work.

After hundreds of these from other vendors, I can say the threading on these aluminum standoffs is noticeably cleaner and more consistent. They mate perfectly with standard 6-32 screws without any binding or cross-threading issues.
