Installed a dozen of these to mount a prototype PCB and every single one threaded cleanly without binding. The consistent #4-40 threading saved me from chasing burrs or bad tolerances.

Finally, some standoffs that don't strip when you swage them into the panel. The aluminum is light but feels sturdy enough for mounting a small circuit board. Exactly what I needed for my project.

These swage standoffs pressed into the aluminum chassis without any deformation on the first try. The #4-40 threads caught cleanly, though I wish the package had a couple extras for waste.
