The threads on these #6-32 standoffs cut cleanly into the aluminum without any galling, which made mounting the circuit board straightforward. I used about half the pack on a panel project and every one seated perfectly the first time.

The press-fit was clean and held tight on my aluminum panel—no wobble at all after installation. For circuit board spacing, the #6-32 threads and aluminum build feel solid enough for repeated disassembly.
