The threads cut cleanly on these when I used them to bolt down some heavy equipment base plates. The partial threading made alignment easier than fully threaded bolts I've used before.

The zinc coating on these hex cap screws is thick and even, with no flaking or thin spots I could see. Installed them on a piece of heavy equipment and they torqued down smoothly without any thread binding. Solid purchase for the price.

Zinc coating looks even and uniform across all 60 pieces, and the partial threads leave plenty of solid shank for clamping down heavy equipment. These bolts feel properly heat-treated, not soft like some hardware store junk.
