The yellow zinc finish held up perfectly when I torqued these down on a steel bracket—no stripping, no galling, and the hex head seated cleanly with a standard socket. For the price, the USA-made quality is obvious in the thread tolerance.

Needed a handful of these for a jig I was building, and the hex head seated perfectly with a socket wrench. The threads engaged smoothly right out of the pack, no burs at all.
